Your Skin Consultation

Your personal Skin Consultation consists of three main sections about you and your skin:

Skin Characteristics
The condition of your of your skin
Skin Environment
Your living area and it’s associated risks to your skin
Skin Attitude
Your skincare products and routines

Your Consultation should take no longer than 20 minutes. If you are in a hurry you can save your diagnosis at any time and come back to it at a later date.

Once you’ve completed the Consultation you will be presented with your Skincare Prescription which will recommend new products, skincare regimes and hints and tips based on your results. You can then take your Prescription to your nearest Vichy store, pick up your free samples* and have a free face to face Skin Consultation.

Your Prescription will be automatically added to your online Skincare Diary where you can track your progress from using your new products. You can also request a Dermatologist or Healthy Skin Expert to review and comment on your results.

At the end of the Skin Consultation you will also be eligible to join the VICHYCONSULT SkinHealth Club benefitting from:
